Join us for an evening on the farm to sip Organic and biodynamic wines and taste some amazing cheese and accompanying small bites. We'll walk around the gardens, talk terroir, flavor, and pairings. Jess of Peppercorn Events, a trained sommelier, will be leading the tasting and Jared, the farmer at Closter Farm will talk about the relationship between soil health and flavor. We expect this event to last about one and one half hours.
