For a quarter share, you will receive a 10% discount on meat and a 33% discount on fat & bones

For a half share, you will receive a 15% discount on meat and a 33% discount on fat & bones

Custom cuts can only be requested on half shares and must be requested ten (10) days prior to the fresh beef date

A 50% deposit is required no later than ten (10) days prior to the fresh beef date

A quarter share costs about $2,000 and a half share costs about $4,000
