Join Blackbird Yoga Studio for a class at Closter Farm and flow amongst the apple trees in the orchard! This vinyasa class will focus on connecting the body, breath and mind; combining movement with intentional breathing, building strength and flexibility. Ikebana - Flower Arranging Class

Families, adults, and children over 12 are welcome but are limited to 15 attendants.

Explore the Art of Ikebana with a simple and minimal flower arrangement of three stems of flowers, three branches, and three leaves. 

All the materials and tools are provided:

A vase, a kenzan (to support the flowers and branches), Japanese scissors, an apron, and a watering can. 

What you can take back home: Flowers, branches, leaves used in the lesson, plus extra flowers. Other materials may be available for purchase. 

Matcha tea and sweets will be provided after the class.
