Minute Steak Stir fry

What we love most about our minute steaks, are that they cook in, well, a minute. This quick stir fry comes together in no time and is a great way to utilize any miscellaneous vegetables you have left in your fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb minute or shaved steaks, sliced into 1 in wide strips

  • 2-3 garlic scapes, chopped

  • 1/2 cup of your favorite teriyaki sauce. Here is a homemade recipe!

  • 3 cups of chopped vegetables

  • 2 tbsp butter, tallow or oil

Instructions

  1. Heat butter or other fat in a large saute pan.

  2. Toss in chopped garlic scapes (or minced garlic) and stir until fragrent

  3. Add in the steak and allow to cook, until just a bit of pink remains.

  4. Add in the chopped vegetables, sauteeing for 2-3 minutes

  5. Pour in the sauce, and allow it to reduce slightly, ensuring everything is coated

  6. Adjust seasonings as needed, serve over rice or enjoy as is!
